Front Desk Expert Whip Salon
Full-Time Sunday through Thursday
Locations: Ridgefield & Westport CT
Compensation: $21$23/hour (based on experience)

What Youll Be Rockin:
- Greet every client with warmth confidence and personality
- Manage check-ins check-outs and client scheduling with precision
- Master Whip Salons front desk protocols and uphold our high hospitality standards
- Lead by example and assist with training new hospitality team members
- Support stylists and keep salon operations running seamlessly
- Handle phone calls emails and booking inquiries like a pro
- Maintain an organized polished professional atmosphere
- Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
- Ensure every client leaves feeling amazing and appreciated

Stay calm under pressure and thrive in a busy high-end environment
Are detail-oriented organized and tech-savvy (well train you)
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and team members
Lead with professionalism and enjoy mentoring others
Have previous front desk salon hospitality or retail experience (preferred)
Can confidently work between both Ridgefield & Westport locations
