Business Development Executive (Office-Based)

Working Hours: Full-time office-based

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound calls to potential clients using provided data lists
  • Initiate both cold and warm calls to present services and spark interest
  • Nurture leads and secure appointments or introductions for the senior sales team
  • Assess prospect needs and gather essential information for qualification
  • Log all activities and prospect details accurately in the CRM system
  • Meet daily weekly and monthly activity and performance goals
  • Contribute to broader business development efforts as needed

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong confident phone presence with excellent verbal communication
  • Previous experience in telephone-based sales or business development is a strong advantage
  • Resilient goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
  • Ability to manage objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Basic IT proficiency; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
