Staff Nurse Day Shifts 22ph Paid Breaks
Salary: 22 per hour paid breaks
Hours: 3642 hours per week (permanent full-time)
Shifts: Day Shifts Only


Our client is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their dedicated team at a luxury care home for older adults. Specialising in nursing and dementia care this beautiful well-appointed service offers a warm and supportive environment where staff are truly valued and residents are treated with dignity and respect.

  • A valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
  • A genuine interest in caring for older people particularly those living with dementia
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A kind thoughtful and proactive approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and confidently within a supportive team

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents with a range of complex needs
  • Administer medication safely and monitor health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with care teams GPs and families to ensure residents well-being
  • Maintain accurate records in line with professional and regulatory standards
  • Promote a homely inclusive atmosphere where every resident feels heard and respected
  • Supervise and support care staff contributing to training and team development
