Staff Nurse Day Shifts 22ph Paid Breaks
Salary: 22 per hour paid breaks
Hours: 3642 hours per week (permanent full-time)
Shifts: Day Shifts Only
Our client is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their dedicated team at a luxury care home for older adults. Specialising in nursing and dementia care this beautiful well-appointed service offers a warm and supportive environment where staff are truly valued and residents are treated with dignity and respect.

What Were Looking For
- A valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
- A genuine interest in caring for older people particularly those living with dementia
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A kind thoughtful and proactive approach to care
- Ability to work independently and confidently within a supportive team

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents with a range of complex needs
- Administer medication safely and monitor health conditions
- Work collaboratively with care teams GPs and families to ensure residents well-being
- Maintain accurate records in line with professional and regulatory standards
- Promote a homely inclusive atmosphere where every resident feels heard and respected
- Supervise and support care staff contributing to training and team development
