Rollenbeschreibung
Dies ist zunchst eine 5-monatige Rolle mit einer hohen Wahrscheinlichkeit der Verlngerung.
Dies ist eine Vollzeitvor-Ort-Rolle fr einen L1 IT-Desktop-Support-Spezialisten fr unseren Kunden in Karlsruhe Deutschland. Dies ist ein Projekt bei dem die Hauptaufgaben das Erstellen von Laptop-Images und das Upgrade bestehender und neuer Laptops auf Windows 11 sein werden. Die Rolle umfasst auch die Bereitstellung von technischem Support und Troubleshooting fr die Netzwerkadministration im Tagesgeschft die Gewhrleistung der Netzwerksicherheit und die Bereitstellung eines hervorragenden Kundenservice im Zusammenhang mit den Upgrades. Der erfolgreiche Kandidat wird fr Windows 11-Upgrades verantwortlich sein und wo dies mit den Upgrades zusammenhngt die Wartung und Fehlersuche bei Hardware- und Softwareproblemen bernehmen den Benutzern bei Netzwerkverbindungsproblemen helfen und zeitnahe Lsungen fr IT-bezogene Probleme bereitstellen.
Qualifikationen
Netzwerkadministrations- und Fehlerbehebungsfhigkeiten
Kenntnisse in Informationstechnologie und Netzwerksicherheit
Starke Kundenservice- und Kommunikationsfhigkeiten
Fhigkeit Hardware- und Softwareprobleme zu diagnostizieren und zu lsen
Erfahrung mit Remote-Desktop-Support-Tools
Starke Problemlsungs- und Analysefhigkeiten
Relevante Zertifizierungen (z.B. CompTIA A Network Security)
Erfahrung in einer IT-Support-Rolle
Vor-Ort-Rolle
Mindestlaufzeit monatlicher Vertrag Mglichkeit zur Verlngerung.

Branche: Bereitgestellt nachdem das Screening-Interview bestanden wurde
Sprache: Deutsch B2 und Englisch auf einem anstndigen Niveau.
Muss selbststndig/Freiberufler/Unternehmensdienstleister sein
Gehalt: Vertraulich wird nach Bewertung nach dem Screening-Interview innerhalb des Budgets verhandelt.
Typische erforderliche Fhigkeiten: Laptop-Imaging O365 MS AD Azure-Grundlagen Windows-Support usw.

Role Description
This is initially a 5-month role with a strong possibility of extending.
This is a full-time on-site role for an L1 Information Technology Desktop Support specialist for our client in Karlsruhe Germany. This is a project where the main tasks will be laptop imaging upgrading existing and new laptops to Windows 11. The role also involves providing some day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for network administration ensuring network security and delivering excellent customer service related to the upgrades. The successful candidate will be responsible for Windows 11 upgrades and where related to the upgrades maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software issues assisting users with network connectivity problems and providing timely resolution to IT-related issues.
Qualifications
- Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Information Technology and Network Security
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Experience with remote desktop support tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Network Security)
- Experience in an IT support role
On-site Role
Minimum ongoing monthly contract possibility of extension.
Location : Karlsruhe Germany.
Industry : Provided once passed screening interview
Language: German B2 and English at a decent level.
Must be Self-Employed/Freelancer/Umbrella Company
Salary: Confidential will be negotiated within budget upon assessment after screening interview
