Das Verwaltungsteam untersttzt die Patentanwlte und Patentingenieure bei allen administrativen Ttigkeiten.

Zur Untersttzung des Stuttgarter Standorts unserer internen Patentabteilung Intellectual Property Europe suchen wir eine/n Patent-Administrator/in (Vollzeit oder auch Teilzeit mglich) fr den Standort Stuttgart. Als Patent-Administrator bearbeiten Sie als Teil des Teams alle relevanten Verwaltungsttigkeiten eigenverantwortlich.

The IP Europe department plays a key role in obtaining and administering intellectual property rights for Sonys technical activities in Europe. The administration team supports the patent attorneys and patent engineers in all administrative activities.

To support the Stuttgart office of our internal patent department Intellectual Property Europe we are seeking a Patent Administrator (full-time or part-time possible) for the Stuttgart office. As a Patent Administrator you will be responsible for all relevant administrative tasks as part of the team.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Erledigung der administrativen Aufgaben im Rahmen des Patentanmelde- und erteilungsprozesses im In- und Ausland

• Aktenfhrung mittels workflowbasierter Datenbank (Anaqua)

• Rechtssichere Behandlung von Arbeitnehmererfindungen aus verschiedenen europischen Lndern

• Gewissenhafte und eigenverantwortliche Kommunikation mit Sony-internen Partnern (Erfinder Intellectual Property Departments in UK und Japan) sowie externen Parteien (Patentanwlte und andere Dienstleister)

• Completion of administrative tasks related to the patent application and granting process both domestically and internationally

• File management using a workflow-based database (Anaqua)

• Legally compliant handling of employee inventions from various European countries

• Conscientious and independent communication with internal Sony partners (inventors Intellectual Property Departments in the UK and Japan) and external parties (patent attorneys and other service providers)

Unsere Anforderungen Our Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Patentanwaltsfachangestellte (oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

• Erfahrung in einer Industriepatentabteilung und/oder einer Patentanwaltskanzlei

• Freude am selbstndigen genauen und fristgerechten Arbeiten

• Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld

• Gute Englischkenntnisse

• Erfahrung mit Anaqua von Vorteil

• Completed vocational training as a patent attorneys assistant (or comparable qualification)

• Experience in an industrial patent department and/or a patent law firm

• Enjoyment of working independently accurately and on time

• Enjoyment of working in an international environment

• Good English skills

• Experience with Anaqua is an advantage
