We are looking for Czech-speaking professionals to join our expanding team in Sofia Bulgaria. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced international environment.
As a Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for assisting customers via chat email and phone ensuring they receive the best possible support. You will provide accurate information resolve issues and maintain a strong customer relationship.
Your Daily Tasks:
Assist customers with inquiries and resolve their concerns
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand and products
Work with internal systems to manage customer interactions
Provide a friendly and professional service at all times
Czech fluency (near native written & verbal)
Strong English proficiency (written & verbal)
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
Great communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Full-time role with rotating shifts (8:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m.)
