Job Description

Sales Consultant - Electrification

  • 12 months Maximum-Term Full-time opportunity
  • $78611 plus 15% superannuation

ActewAGL Retails Energy Transition Products team is seeking a highly confident and collaborative individual who is sales-oriented and solution-focused to join our diverse and dynamic team. If you are passionate about assisting others and enjoy being part of a highly skilled team that makes a difference this may be the opportunity for you.

About the role

This role will see you working with an award-winning product team who are on the cutting edge of our transition to a renewable energy future. You will play a key role by helping our customers make tangible changes to their energy use and transition towards a sustainable energy future.

A day in the life would include but is not limited to:

  • Matching suitable energy transition products to the customers needs.
  • Achieving monthly sales KPI and team targets by managing your assigned leads with calls emails and other lead nurturing activities.
  • Accurately maintaining the CRM with customer information and feedback which supports sales and product development efforts.
  • Manage post-sale customer service-related enquiries and address product-related complaints providing resolutions which satisfy the customer needs.
  • Engage with members of the public at events and offsite locations communicating our products in a confident and knowledgeable manner.
  • Ensure all customers receive an excellent experience with the ActewAGL brand throughout the various stages of the purchasing process.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have demonstrated experience in sales and customer service.
  • Possess interest in or knowledge of energy transition products such as electric vehicles home electrification appliances and other non-commodity products and services.
  • Possess sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Are able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines and commitments.
