Location:Loma Linda CA
Starting Pay:$21 per hour DOE

About the Role:
As ourActivities Director youll be the heartbeat of our community designing and leading engaging programs that brighten the days of our residents. From themed parties and music therapy to art classes and outdoor games youll create moments that matter.
What Youll Do:
- Plan and coordinate daily weekly and monthly activity calendars
- Lead group and one-on-one activities tailored to residents interests
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to support holistic care
- Organize special events holiday celebrations and community outings
- Keep records of participation and resident feedback
What Were Looking For:
- A creative spirit with a passion for people
- Experience in recreation hospitality or senior care preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A big heart and a bigger smile!
