Opportunity
PeopleTec is currently seeking a SeniorCybersecurity Training Specialistto support our Colorado Springs COlocation.
PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Cyber Training Specialist to support our Colorado Springs location! Candidate will serve as a liaison between engineering development teams and end users to provide training content development support for STARCOMs cyber range and training efforts.
Duties:
- Interact with government stakeholders to support cyber range design development and integration activities by providing course design that complements designed cyber range environments.
- Regular on site presence required at multiple customer sites within Colorado Springs area.
- Develop course-ware and provide instruction supporting STARCOMs Cyber Range activities to Space Force and other DOD government and commercial end users.
- Coordinate new requirements and user feedback with cyber engineering development team.
- Support development and integration roadmap planning for cyber range development efforts.
- Support cyber demos training and test events.
- As effort grows help build multidisciplinary teams in support of cyber test and training range development and integration efforts.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- 3 years of cyber course development and instruction experience required
- 5 years of cyber analyst cyber engineering or cyber operations experience
- Demonstrated cyber training and/or cyber range experience
- DOD 8140 IAT Level II.
- Travel: 15-25%
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required upon hire with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearanceand maintain it during their employment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with relevant technical Masters preferred.
Desired Skills:
- 10 years of cyber analyst cyber engineering or cyber operations experience.
- Top Secret clearance
- Direct experience supporting Space Force in cybersecurity training capacity.
- 8140 IAT Level III certification.
- Recent cyber instruction and course ware development experience.
- Understanding of DoD and/or USSF training requirements and standards including policies Master Training Task List(s) (MTTL) and Desired Learning Objectives (DLOs).
