$68K$83K Monthly & Quarterly Incentives
Springdale Automotive a trusted full-service auto-repair shop serving the Prospect community is looking for a strong values-driven Automotive Service Manager to lead our team and drive shop performance. This is more than a management role its a leadership opportunity for someone who sets the tone maintains high standards and inspires a team to deliver exceptional service every day.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and manage all aspects of shop operations
- Sell repairs and services to help meet sales goals
- Coach train and develop team members
- Manage performance resolve issues and uphold shop standards
- Build lasting customer relationships based on trust
What You Bring:
- 2 years of automotive shop management experience
- 1 year in a service advisor or sales role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing P&L and performance metrics
- Valid drivers license and clean MVR
