Job Title: Housekeeper (Live-Out)
Location: Hobe Sound FL 33455
Start Date:As Soon As Possible
Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
Compensation: $30 - $40/hr. ( could be more depending on experience )

Overview:
A private family in Hobe Sound is seeking a trustworthy quiet and proactive Housekeeper to care for and maintain their 3000 sq. ft. residence. The ideal candidate is mature deeply respectful of privacy and enjoys working independently in a peaceful environment. This is a long-term role with potential to transition into supporting a newly constructed 15000 sq. ft. home next door (expected completion in approx. 18 months).
The family travels to Wyoming during the summer and takes their four French Bulldogs with them; however the housekeeper will continue working and maintaining the Florida home year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily housekeeping duties: cleaning laundry organization and general upkeep
Light pet care when the family is in town (4 sweet and friendly French Bulldogs)
Running errands: grocery shopping dry cleaning household supply restocking etc.
Maintaining a quiet respectful and professional presence in the home
Protecting the familys privacy and personal space at all times
Driving is required
Ideal Candidate:
Mature experienced and professional
Spanish-speaking welcome
Truly loves dogs must be comfortable and affectionate with pets
Values peace quiet and keeps to themselves
Not on the phone during work hours; understands boundaries and the importance of space
Self-starter who can take initiative and works well independently
Respects the employers desire for minimal conversation and personal interaction

- Must have prior experience in a similar role
