Job Description
LIFE a member of Empath Health is currently seeking a Clinic RN to join our team.
The Clinic RN:
- Under the supervision of the Empath LIFE Medical Director and/or Empath LIFE Primary Physician manages flow of the clinic in the provision of medical and nursing care ensuring high quality standards.
- Coordinates services with primary care team; acts as primary liaison triages and assesses participants as needed.
- Provides skilled nursing care to participants implements orders develops appropriate plans of care provides participant caregiver family and staff teaching and communicates participants condition to caregivers primary care RN Case manager and the interdisciplinary team.
Position Requirements:
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing program required. Bachelors of Science Registered Nursing (BSRN) strongly preferred
- Current Florida Registered Nurses License required
- Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Must have a valid drivers license proof of insurance and have means of transportation
- Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact
