Role Requirements:
- A college degree is required preferably in Nursing Psychology Mass Communications or Education.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Training Manager in the BPO or contact center setting
- With experience leading process trainers Assistant Managers and Lead Assistant Managers.
- Must have experience facilitating training sessions conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and creating action plans to address knowledge or performance gaps.
- Experience in an insurance campaign is a strong advantage.
