What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing and progressing residential property sales
- Generating new business and instructions
- Conducting viewings and negotiations
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Liaising with clients buyers and solicitors
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Solid experience in residential property sales
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Target-driven ambitious and self-motivated
- Smartly presented with a professional manner
- Knowledge of the Lewes and surrounding area
- Full UK driving licence
