Job Description
We are looking for a committed Care Manager to delivering exceptional person-centred care for older people living with dementias. To focus on fostering a supportive culture so that our people can deliver high quality and innovative care .A dedicated leader to manage a 38-bed elderly residential care home in Littlehampton.
You will
Bring exceptional leadership;
Have confidence to lead and develop a team that delivers person-centred care every day;
Provide effective leadership and management of a dedicated staff team
Work constructively with the owner to continually raise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations and champion a high standard of care.
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations Care Act 2014 MCA and DoLS.
Build a compassionate culture of safety dignity and independence for residents.
Develop and inspire a committed team with support and clarity.
Actively engage with residents families and professionals.
About You:
Experienced care home leader
NVQ Level 5 in Care Leadership & Management or equivalent.
Detailed knowledge of adult social care regulations.
Strong people skills a great communicator who leads by example.
Experience and an understanding of the specific needs of people living with dementia.
Supportive environment that encourages creativity and professional development.
