Salary: $85000-$90000 (based on experience)

- Responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate paperwork regarding on-going projects.
- Plan implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals.
- Organize crew personnel and equipment.
- Act as a liaison between management and crew operations.
- Maintain construction schedule identify and solve problems.
- Ensure and encourage all employees subcontractors and contractors are adhering to the company safety policies
- Responsible for ordering all products and equipment for the site.
- Be familiar with all OPS standards.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Green Book).
- Quantity and site improvements for payment certificates.
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH UNDERGROUND PIPE WORKS.
- Minimum 3-5years of experience inheavy civil construction projects.
- Must have up to date certifications in WHMIS Working at Heights Trenching Hoisting & Rigging and Confined Space.
- Exceptional communication skills and good industry exposure (earthworks excavation water/sewer municipal work).
- Proven ability to communicate with clients stakeholders and construction teams.
- Experience with topography line work and elevation data.
- Possess strong leadership skills with effective participation in team environment.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and a positive team player.
- Experience withTotal Station GPS CAD and Microsoft Office.
