This position is part of the Finance department located in Fargo ND and will be remote. At Aldevron we combine best-in-class products and servicewith the ideal operating environment to lay the groundworkfor vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the FP&A Team and report to the VP of FP&A responsible for supporting the Go-to-Market and G&A functions of Aldevron for all finance activities (Budget Forecast Reporting Analytics).
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals who partner with Go-to-Market and G&A functionsincluding Sales Marketing Product Management Finance IT HR and Legalto deliver strategic financial support.
- Provide financial guidance to functional leaders through budgeting forecasting reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Own and drive the end-to-end Orders and Revenue forecasting process for both short-term and long-term planning horizons.
- Coach and mentor both direct and indirect team members to support career growth performance and engagement.
- Design and manage a scalable budgeting and forecasting framework including robust reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Enhance and automate financial tools and processes to improve efficiency and executive-level visibility.
- Administer Aldevrons enterprise reporting platform (OneStream) to ensure accurate timely and insightful financial reporting.
- Play a key role in Aldevrons Strategic Planning process by contributing to long-term scenario modeling and capital deployment analysis.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field with 9 years experience OR Masters degree in field with 7 years experience
- Management experience in Finance or Accounting
- Strong understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet dynamics
- Proven track-record of building strong finance teams
- Ability to influence Senior Level management in high-leverage situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (particularly Excel)
Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Travel up to 20%
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience with Dynamics 365
- Experience with OneStream
- Experience in the medical device or genomic medicine industries

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $130000 to $160000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
