Job Overview:
BPS BDRs will be responsible for generating new business opportunities prospecting and qualifying new leads to drive revenue growth.
Roles And Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new leads through Outbound calls and emails
Collaborate with field representatives to ensure seamless handoffs and conversions.
Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with key decision makers in small/medium & large sized companies and ability to leverage these relationships for generating new business
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers. Preparing reports on interactions sales activities and other tasks assigned by the sales manager or supervisor
Share value propositions and solutions with customers
Maintain Accurate records on CRM (E.g. Salesforce)
Skills Required
Overall 2 years of Business Development experience with strong handling of B2B and B2C Outbound
Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities are vital
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Should have great relationship building skills with stake holder to understand customer needs and provide tailor made solutions.
Prioritize the core values of the organization
Overcome objections from Gate Keepers and Decision Makers.
Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts to support business hours
Prior knowledge of waste management and environmental science will be a plus (Not Mandatory)
