Full Time Permanent
Salary up to 28831.50 per annum plus company vehicle & fuel card
You must hold a UK Driving License to apply and be successful in this role!

About the Role:
As a General Operative working for Mears Group PLC from our Coatbridge branch you will provide support to our wider team on all refurbishments for void and tenanted properties in the North Lanarkshire area.
We are looking for someone who has experience with a variety of trade knowledge so they are able to support all teams.
You will be required to pick up materials for jobs prepare kitchens for scheduled work strip tiles strip flooring and remove walls. As well as anything else that is required of you.
Key Criteria:
- Full UK Driving License
- Knowledge of a trade
- Experience in Building Maintenance
- UK Full driving license
- Customer Focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
It would be advantageous if the successful candidate to have social housing experience
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
