Position Summary
The Valet Attendant is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a vital role in setting a welcoming tone for their visit. You will be responsible for greeting guests safely parking and retrieving vehicles and ensuring a seamless courteous and luxurious experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
Safely drive park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
Open doors and assist guests with belongings if needed.
Maintain the driveway area to ensure a clean and organized appearance.
Communicate effectively with service advisors porters and other dealership staff.
Provide directions answer basic questions and assist guests as needed.
Follow all dealership safety and driving guidelines.
Treat each guest with the professionalism and hospitality reflective of the Lexus brand.
Qualifications
Valid Arizona drivers license and clean driving record.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Friendly professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under various weather conditions.
Prior valet or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
