In this role will offer you the following daily key responsibilities:
Management of the Navys Government Owned Equipment (GOE) inventory located at different FBM operational sites.
Asset receipt and issue actions are directed and monitored using Logistics software systems and tools.
Monitor deliveries of Department of Energy (DOE) items and ensure documentation is complete.
Coordinate and communicate discrepancy resolution working with applicable site POC.
Asset shortages will be resolved by the initiation of replenishment redistribution or repair actions.
Understanding of relevant Government DD Forms and their purpose.
The candidate will interface with Lockheed Martin Navy and Department of Energy personnel across Lockheed Martin sites and at the different Navy and DOE sites to resolve operational concerns and to specify program plans.
Support and apply corrective actions when needed.
This position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility one of the Coolest places to work: Titusville FL. (opens in new window) and be expected to work in the office.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
To be effective you will need to possess these basic qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.
2 years of professional experience.
Computer proficiency in software applications such as Word Excel Project and Power Point.
Knowledge and experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
Ability to travel 10%-15% domestically.
You will need to be a US Citizen (no dual citizens) and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance to support this government contract as well as successfully pass a drug and background check in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

FBM Professional Experience
Proficient in reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings and parts lists.
