Summary:
TheAssociate People Partner position will support assigned locations with various human resource functions by providing front-line response in the areas of employee relations performance management benefits leaves of absence training record tracking policy interpretationprocedure implementation personnel actions and other areas within the HR department.
Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for all employee-related issues including but not limited to: harassment wage & hour concerns leaves of absence injuries onboarding terminations attendance investigations and disciplinary actions.
Conduct employee investigations gather witness statements and make recommendations regarding next steps.
Ensure compliance with various state and federal wage/hour laws signage postings etc.
Assist with the implementation of department and company goals objectives policies and procedures.
Manage company-wide performance management processes including Performance Improvement Plans and corrective actions.
Provide support and coaching to managers in employee-related issues.
Work with facility leaders to strategically manage headcount and temporary staffing needs.
Assist with the creation and implementation of HR focused and company-based policies and procedures.
Assist Managers with termination paperwork exit interviews and the off-boarding process.
Participate in unemployment wage/hour and EEOC hearings.
Assist with company-wide harassment and employee development training programs.
Manage and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity.
Create and assist in the evaluation of reports.
Assist with keeping the organization charts current.
Advise employees and management in the interpretation of human resources policies programs procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
Perform tasks and duties of a strategic nature and scope as required.
The position is full-time and on-site.
Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
Required: Bilingual in Spanish
Bachelors degree (B.A.) in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Development or a related degree.
HR Certification (CPHR) is highly desired.
Union experience required as this role supports frontline/union colleagues
Knowledge of Workday ADP or equivalent is highly desired

Pay Range:
$68000-$75000*
*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
