Rate of Pay: $35
Hours - Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 2 pm

Join our Safe Options Support (SOS) Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Team and make a direct impact on the lives of individuals experiencing street homelessness.
Were seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) to provide field-based person-centered care to unsheltered individualsoffering outreach crisis intervention housing support and ongoing clinical engagement post-housing.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and support unsheltered individuals through van/foot outreach
Conduct assessments and care planning
Provide trauma-informed harm-reduction based clinical support
Assist with housing applications and transitions
Coordinate community services and accompany clients to appointments
Document services and client progress
Qualifications:
Masters degree (LMSW LMHC LCSW etc.) or RN with MH/SUD experience
Valid NYS drivers license required
Strong communication and crisis management skills
Knowledge of CTI MI and community resources is a plus
Comfortable working outdoors in high-risk situations
