Description
Location: Newburgh NY (Orange and Dutchess)
Rate of Pay: $35
Hours - Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 2 pm
LMSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCSW
- Engage and support unsheltered individuals through van/foot outreach
- Conduct assessments and care planning
- Provide trauma-informed harm-reduction based clinical support
- Assist with housing applications and transitions
- Coordinate community services and accompany clients to appointments
- Document services and client progress
- Masters degree (LMSW LMHC LCSW etc.) or RN with MH/SUD experience
- Valid NYS drivers license required
- Strong communication and crisis management skills
- Knowledge of CTI MI and community resources is a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors in high-risk situations
- Be part of a mission-driven multidisciplinary team
- Help individuals transition from homelessness to housing and stability
- Comprehensive training and professional development
