What you will do:

Under the direction of the Operations Manager the Customer Experience Specialist will deliver a world-class customer experience for new and existing customers engaging with the Customer Innovation Centers (OpenBlue Innovation Center & Warren Johnson Engineering Lab). They are responsible for execution of all operational and analytical aspects of the Milwaukee Innovation Centers including customer visits tours meetings events processes procedures systems tools sales impact metrics measurement and utilization of the program at large. This role is a focal point for enhancing the existing program with dynamic customer experiences leading-edge technology professionally produced content and substantially increased event frequency.

How you will do it:

Vendor Management & Technical Support

  • Serve as a key contact for service providers required to support the OpenBlue Innovation Center facility e.g. Facilities Catering AV support PC support Content providers.

  • Project manage on-going facility and infrastructure improvements and repairs.

Customer Visits

  • Leads and delivers world-class customer visits and events through planning execution and poste event stages.

  • Works to qualify customer visits with sales and executive leadership coordinate all tactical components of briefings and participate in execution of briefings.

  • Works with Marketing Sales and Global Creative team to develop quality content for executive briefings.

Measurement and Performance Management

  • Ensure on-going visibility into outcomes delivered through OBIC customer briefing program; including sales impact relationship / retention benefits portfolio expansion sales cycle time reduction.

  • Support initiatives to integrate systems and processes for better automation and data integrity.

  • Support the ongoing development of the Global Customer Visit program. Work with JCI program stakeholders to build awareness and utilization of Innovation Centers.

Special Events Trade Shows and Symposiums

Support event / program planning and execution as required assist with site planning and on-the ground implementation.

One Team

This role will collaborate closely with Marketing Commercial and Regional / Market Management teams. Lead by example to deliver industry-best commercial programs that deliver results.

What we look for:

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3 years related experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Analytical skills and ability to effectively organize data in a way that is simple to understand.

This will be a hybrid role based at our Glendale WI office. Minimum of 3 days in office per week schedule will depend on customer visits.
