Responsibilities
We are seeking a friendly dependable and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team at Hilton. This full-time position requires hotel front desk experience a commitment to exceptional guest service and the availability to work day shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate is punctual professional and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PEP).
Process guest payments room charges and other transactions accurately.
Provide guests with information about hotel amenities services and local attractions.
Resolve guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
Ensure all guest interactions meet Hilton brand standards for service and presentation.
Answer phone calls handle reservations and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests.
Follow daily checklists shift reports and standard operating procedures.
Uphold safety and security procedures for guests and hotel property.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Front Office leadership team.
Previous hotel front desk experience is required (Hilton brand experience is a plus).
Must be able to work a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM including weekends and holidays.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in using hotel management software and standard office equipment.
Ability to handle cash credit cards and perform basic math functions.
Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance and demeanor.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with front desk duties.
