AWARD WINNING CLIENT
Our client is an award-winning boutique design firm based in north Toronto with well-established clients in the luxury real estate space. They receive regular media attention: specializein bespoke low to high rise condos & commercial sales offices.
ROLE OVERVIEW
They seek a junior to intermediate Revit Technologistwith 2-5 years of post graduate experience. Someone with on-the-job design experience with Revit & working with discriminating property developers. You are a confident multi-tasker capable of working on production drawings working alongside other experienced interior designers PMs and Revit is a collaborative role requiring daily work in an office.

WHATS REQUIRED
- Diploma in Architectural Technology from a certified institution;Bachelor of Architecture; or equivalent education
- 2-5years Revit based production (working and issue for constructiondrawings) experience in the luxury real estate sector; focused on multi-family residential projects and commercial offices; a portfolio demonstrating design excellence
- On the job experience designing in Revit; project coordination with aBIM Technologist
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment dealingwith discriminating property developers; preference for candidates with CA &client facing experience
- Software: Revit AutoCAD Sketchup Lumion Adobe Photoshop and In Design
- Good communication skills; ability to translate design concepts from multiple persons; attention to detail
