Summary of Role:
The Customer Business Manager is a part of the Sales team responsible for sales and client-support operations from pre-order to order fulfillment while achieving customer satisfaction and building deep relationships. This role is the Voice of the Customer within GF and partners closely with Finance Business Unit Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.
