Job OverviewJob Responsibilities:
Build configure and optimize customer treatments using Pegas 1:1 Operations Manager aligned to business objectives.
Translate campaign briefs and targeting requirements into executable treatments that drive personalized customer experiences.
Ensure treatments are logically structured scalable and adhere to established compliance and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with decisioning architects and business stakeholders to implement and iterate on decision logic within the Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
Map treatments to next-best-action strategies and validate decision flows across assisted channels.
Monitor treatment-level performance using analytics dashboards and reporting tools.
Identify underperforming treatments and recommend data-driven optimizations such as creative updates rule tuning or eligibility adjustments.
Maintain detailed documentation of treatment logic configuration test plans and change history within internal systems.
Contribute to the evolution of internal treatment development processes governance standards and reusable frameworks.
Leverages a hypothesis-based approach to structure and perform analyses extract and analyze data and tackle ambiguous and complex problems. Identifies meaningful business insights and presents findings to drive strategic decisions.
Partners across teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of critical business needs identify key issues and structure problem-solving approaches according. Effectively collaborates and communicates cross-functionally to build buy-in and influence strategic vision.
Communicates influences and sells ideas at Director level and below. This includes regularly delivering product presentations. crafting a strategic story out of the numbers to present complex analytical findings in clear concise and decision-impacting manner. Influences leadership through fact-based analysis.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of strategic frameworks industry trends and corporate and customer drivers to improve re-engineer or maintain company performance
Develops product requirements and specifications to drive and support technical delivery defines the scope for releases / product increments partnering with development project/program management marketing and other key stakeholders to define release schedule; and supports/drives go-to-market activities as needed.
Conducts analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities or root cause of issues and assess opportunity size and impact. May work with data scientists to answer complex questions or identify meaningful insights from data.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelors Degree Finance Economics Engineering Statistics or related field (Required)
Masters/Advanced Degree MBA Finance Strategy Economics (Preferred)
4-7 years Strategy and Problem Solving experience in framing complex problems identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data-driven recommendations. Required
4-7 years Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets. Required
4-7 years Project management. Experience managing projects independently engaging and getting buy-in from stakeholders and creating roadmaps and project plans. Required
Management consulting corporate strategy investment banking or other experience requiring quantitative analysis. Preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Pega 1:1 Operations Manager best practices. (Preferred)
Working knowledge/experience with Pega and 1:1 Operations Manager (Preferred)
Strategy Ability to frame problems use strategic frameworks and develop strategies. (Required)
Business Acumen Business Model: Knowledge and understanding of business models pricing strategies and channel management. (Required)
Business Analytics Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data. (Required)
Project Management Ability to think a few steps ahead and to lay out thoughtful and achievable project plans in a disciplined manner. Understand how to engage others and what information and data are needed to achieve goals (Preferred)
Communication Ability to synthesize analysis into succinct executive-ready written visual and verbal communications. Ability to articulate the rationale and present in front of senior leaders (Required)
Strategic Thinking Ability to think through complex problems. (Required)
Wireless Technologies Knowledge of the wireless / telecom industry and technology sector. (Preferred)
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
