General Duties:
- Lead a team of hourly employees in a high-speed continuous-run environment
- Drive safety culture training and job performance
- Set clear goals and coach your team to success
- Support scheduling labor planning and process improvements
- Help build a positive performance-driven culture
What you Bring:
- 3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working any shift or weekends as needed
- Passion for safety team development and continuous improvement
- High school diploma required; Bachelors preferred
