Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating and completing RFPs due diligence ESG questionnaires and requests from EMEA and other international based client coverage channels
- Work closely with colleagues within the Global RFP team to ensure deadlines are met while following the teams multi-step RFP process
- Collaborate with senior client coverage investment team and Subject Matter Experts colleagues throughout the firm to craft RFP responses
- Maintain and improve the database of EMEA answers
- Coordinate and collaborate on strategic RFP projects to improve our messaging and integrate automation/AI within the teams processes
Key Requirements / Qualifications (essential unless stated)
- University graduate (IMC or CFA qualification is preferable)
- 2 years experience in a dedicated RFP role
- Broad market knowledge across asset classes experience covering fixed income required
- Experience writing/ rewriting compelling client centric RFP responses required
- Experience using Qvidian is a plus keen interest in technology and AI
- Excellent time management planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal ability to communicate effectively with senior investment professionals and subject matter experts
- Excellent team player ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment as part of a team and independently
