Job Description

Responsibilities
- Audits all finance deals to ensure they are processed accurately and timely.
- Works directly with customers salespersons banks or other institutions to obtain additional information.
- Enters data into the computer.
- Creates and generates reports as needed or requested.
- Ensure trade-ins have the proper paperwork so car can be processed.
- Works with service department to ensure after-market products are properly processed and delivered.
- Works with after-market service contracts to ensure compliance.
- Assist Finance Managers in processing documentation.
- Assist others as needed.
- Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.
Qualifications
- Basic math and accounting knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to carry out instructions.
- Computer skills Microsoft office Excel
- Ability to multitask.
