Flex Site Officer - Immediate Openings!

Location: Elk Grove Village IL
**Weekend availability and open schedule needed & will be stationed at various site locations**
Rate: $20.00/Hour

What Your Day May Look Like
- Provide security coverage for short-term special security assignments
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the clients premises
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms when applicable
- Respond to incidents emergencies and alarms quickly and appropriately
- Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations call-offs no shows holidays etc.
- Weekend and holiday availability needed
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation
- Provide high level of customer service to clients employees and guests

Position Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Drivers License and clear driving history
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Customer service background preferred
- Security experience a plus
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
