Job Title:ServiceNow Engineer

Role Summary:We are looking for aServiceNow Developer proficient in Now Assist App Engine workflow automation
Must-have Skills
- ServiceNow Development:Design develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and modules including ServiceNow ITSM ITOM SecOpsand App Engine(custom apps).
- Knowledge of development using templates and Generative/Agentic AI
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist and development of flow for App Engine is mandatory
- Platform Configuration:Configure and manage ServiceNow modules (ITSM ITOM SecOpsApp Engineetc.) workflows UI policies business rules and UI actions.
- Scripting:Write and modify scripts in JavaScript (both client and server-side) ServiceNow scripting languages (Business Rules Script Includes UI Scripts etc.) Open AI Integrations to automate processes.
- Integration:Integrate ServiceNow with other systems (e.g. LDAP Active Directory third-party applications) using SOAP REST and other web services APIs other ITSM data and Open AI integrations
- Troubleshooting and Support:Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform ensuring continuous service availability.
- Security and Performance:Implement best practices to optimize the performance and security of ServiceNow environments. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Upgrades & Patches:Assist with ServiceNow version upgrades and patching ensuring smooth deployment with minimal downtime.
- Documentation:Develop and maintain technical documentation for custom applications workflows and integrations. Provide knowledge transfer to other team members as needed.
- Ready to explore and quickly learn new things required at work as mandated by the project requirement
Good-to-have Skills
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and web technologies.
Experience with ServiceNow Studio AppEngine and other ServiceNow development tools.
Leverage App Engine to build and automate custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery Service Mapping and Configuration Management Database
(CMDB).
Expertise in ServiceNow administration configuration and platform setup.
Experience in using the ServiceNow Performance Analytics module reports and dashboards.
Understanding of ITIL processes and how they are implemented in ServiceNow.
Familiarity with ServiceNows Update Sets and managing version control.
