Core Responsibilities:
- Provide case management with a focus on quality and collaboration
- Supervise and train direct care staff including RBTs and behavior technicians
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and VB-MAPP evaluations
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Promote clinical integrity and positive outcomes across all cases
Schedule:
- MondayFriday between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM
- Set your own schedule within school-day parameters
Compensation & Benefits:
- Anticipated 10-month salary:
$75K$100K (BCBA)
$65K$85K (LBS)
- Competitive hourly rates (no distinction between billable/non-billable time)

Candidate Requirements:
- Masters degree or higher in a relevant field
- Active BCBA or LBS license in good standing
- 2 years of ABA experience including behavior plans and skill-building
- School-based experience (required for LBS; preferred for BCBA)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Commitment to ethical practice and regulatory compliance (HIPAA/FERPA)
