Responsibilities French-Speaking Telecom Customer Support Jobs
- Handle inbound communications (calls chats and emails) from French-speaking telecom customers and partners.
- Resolve queries related to telecom services orders billing technical support and general account management.
- Deliver exceptional professional and empathetic customer service support through all channels.
- Use provided response templates and follow quality standards for every interaction.
- Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues according to process requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc support tasks as needed by the project and management team.
Minimum requirements:
- Fluency in French
- Good knowledge of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer knowledge
