Location: Windsor ON
Pay Rate: $18-$20 an hour
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our commercial and residential property portfolio. This role involves coordinating maintenance managing tenant communications handling administrative duties and supporting various real estate projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced property management environment.
Coordinate daily operations across multiple commercial and residential properties.
Manage administrative functions such as scheduling repairs and maintenance processing move-ins/move-outs and maintaining tenant communications.
Address tenant inquiries concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate organized records of property operations and documentation by property and calendar year.
Liaise with property owners tenants contractors and vendors to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects.
Obtain and negotiate quotes from Electrical Mechanical Civil and Architectural Engineers.
Track follow up on and consolidate information from service providers to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
Assist in interpreting zoning regulations reviewing floor plans and identifying compliance issues with municipal codes and building regulations.
Support legal and compliance efforts related to property violations or inspections.
Proven experience in property administration real estate or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient with office software (MS Office Suite Google Workspace); experience with property management software is a plus.
Ability to read and understand architectural or engineering plans zoning documentation and regulatory notices.
Comfortable negotiating with vendors and service providers.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
