Job Description

Role: Technical Product Owner (Twilio)

Location: New York NY (Remote)

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Good exposure to database & queries and experience working on report creations.
Experience in gathering reporting specific business needs and translating them into US with detailed acceptance criteria for the team to work on.
Exposure and good understanding of end-to-end Twilio IVR and Insights reporting will be a bonus.
Good communication skills with experience handling extremely challenging & demanding stakeholders.
Task ownership and ability to independently drive initiatives with minimal or no help from others.
