Job Title: Medical Oncologist DM DrNB Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team in Karnal Haryana to enhance our oncology services and contribute to our mission of providing comprehensive cancer care.
Role Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage patients with cancer using evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Deliver chemotherapy and other therapeutic interventions to patients.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations including physical examinations and lab tests.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individual treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options and prognosis.
- Provide education on cancer prevention and management strategies.
- Conduct clinical trials and research activities to advance oncology knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and clinical guidelines in oncology.
- Manage and supervise junior medical staff and assist in their training.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patients.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
- Facilitate support groups for cancer patients and their families.
- Participate in community outreach programs to improve cancer awareness.
- Contribute to the administrative functions of the oncology department.
Qualifications:
- DM in Medical Oncology or DrNB in Medical Oncology.
- Medical Degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience as a Medical Oncologist in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of cancer diagnostics and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
- Research experience in oncology is preferred.
- Active medical license to practice in India.
- Up-to-date with the latest developments in oncology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to continuing medical education.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience in managing clinical trials is an advantage.
- Adept at using electronic medical record systems.
