Job Title: Tech Lead – Mobile App Development
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Technology / Product Engineering
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and visionary Tech Lead to lead our mobile app development team. You will drive the technical direction architecture and quality of our Android and iOS apps ensuring world-class user experiences and scalable maintainable codebases. As a Tech Lead you’ll balance leadership and mentorship with deep technical expertise collaborating closely with product managers designers and backend teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers across iOS and Android platforms.
- Own the technical architecture and development standards for mobile applications.
- Guide the team in adopting best practices in performance security and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews sprint planning and continuous delivery processes.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging mobile technologies where relevant.
- Ensure high-quality releases by establishing robust testing and deployment
- pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional mobile development experience (React Native).
- 2 years in technical leadership or team lead role.
- Deep understanding of mobile app architecture design patterns (MVC MVVM
- etc.) and APIs.
- Strong experience with CI/CD version control and testing frameworks.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to lead by example and inspire engineering excellence.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Prior experience launching apps at scale with significant user bases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. Firebase AWS Azure).
- UI/UX sensibility and collaboration experience with designers.
