Job Description
Sourcing and procurement: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers. Conduct
market research to identify new suppliers and trends.
. Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with supplier.
Ensure procurement activities align with the company s budget and cost saving
goals. Cost saving goals must focus on year-on-year cost saving impact.
. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid
overstocking and stock outs.
. Quality Assurance: Ensure raw materials meet the company s quality standards
and specifications.
. Order Management: Place orders for raw materials and track delivery schedules.
Commodity: Packaging, thermocol, chemicals, Acid, Solar Panels, logistic
knowledge, consumable, fasteners, tape etc
4. Role Specification
. Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and procurement software SAP, Excel, G
sheets, PPAP, DFMEA, Kaizen, six Sigma , APQP .
. Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
