Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our Agile-based software development team working on a MEAN stack-based platform. You will manage the complete lifecycle from customer implementations to team delivery and communication.
The role includes leading Agile development teams customer implementation management project planning and strong technical guidance. Ideal candidates will have a solid tech foundation with MEAN or similar stacks excellent leadership skills and a proven history of successful product delivery and client engagement.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor software engineering teams in Agile methodology (Scrum).
Guide engineers in designing technical solutions using MEAN stack or similar technologies.
Manage end-to-end customer implementation cycles and expectations.
Serve as the primary client contact for technical delivery.
Create detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation.
Provide technical expertise across multiple technologies.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices.
Mandatory Qualifications:
B.E. . or MCA with 60% academic scores.
Minimum 12 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 3 years in Agile team leadership and client interaction.
Strong command over multiple technologies (preferably MEAN).
Excellent communication and project delivery skills.
Preferred:
FinTech industry experience.
Cloud: AWS Azure or GCP exposure.
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
