Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB )
Lead a team of 6 10 engineers in delivering high-quality software projects
Design microservices-based architecture and implement best coding practices
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product QA and DevOps
Create and consume RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data integration
Ensure code quality maintainability and performance through unit testing and code reviews
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Docker)
Stay updated with new trends and advancements in web development and system architecture
Required Skills
6 10 years of hands-on development experience in full stack development
Strong expertise in MEAN Stack (MongoDB )
Deep understanding of OOPs concepts JavaScript and MVC frameworks
Experience with microservices architecture and API development
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Prior experience in leading teams and working on large-scale projects
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Docker)
Strong problem-solving debugging and analytical skills
Ability to write unit tests and adhere to code coverage standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
B.E. / . / MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
Minimum 60% marks throughout academics
Prior experience in a product-based company
Experience working on enterprise-level web applications
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team
