Job Description
We re looking for a skilled Technical Architect with 10 12 years of experience in designing and leading scalable enterprise-grade applications. You ll define architecture roadmaps enforce best coding practices and guide teams using modern tech stacks like Java Python Angular/React and tools such as Docker Kubernetes Kafka and Jenkins.
Strong knowledge of microservices event-driven architecture and API management is a must along with experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps. This is a leadership role based in Noida offering the opportunity to shape innovative FinTech products
Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop maintain and implement a technology architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.
Enforce strong coding standards and best practices across teams.
Guide technical upgrades and core product enhancements.
Build and manage API layers using tools like Swagger Postman or Apiary.
Mentor developers and identify future architects within the team.
Engage with key stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
Lead by example with hands-on coding problem solving and architectural leadership.
Required Skills
10 12 years of experience in software architecture and scalable application design.
Proficiency in Java and Python.
Frontend experience with Angular or React (micro-frontend architecture is a plus).
Expertise in Micro services architecture and event-driven systems using Pub/Sub patterns.
Strong knowledge of system integration using protocols like OAuth2 OIDC and SAML2.0.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and working with serverless deployments.
Deep understanding of NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL databases (Oracle PostgreSQL MySQL).
Familiarity with caching technologies like Redis.
Proficient in API management using tools like Swagger Postman or Apiary.
Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka RabbitMQ Amazon SQS or ActiveMQ.
Strong foundation in cryptography system security and performance optimization.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Data Pipeline creation and management.
Experience with DevOps automation tools: Puppet Chef Ansible.
Prior experience leading engineering teams of 20 members.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior architects and engineers.
Results-driven accountable and proactive in identifying technical improvements.
Experience working in FinTech BFSI or other regulated industries is a plus.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology ( / B.E.) from a reputed college or university Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics
