You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager in Cyber Security Consulting to lead complex client engagements manage delivery teams and advise senior stakeholders on cyber strategy resilience and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency with strategic advisory skills delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions across multiple sectors and regulatory environments.
Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity consulting projects ensuring quality timeliness and client satisfaction.
Shape and execute cyber strategies aligned to business objectives threat landscape and compliance mandates.
Advise C-suite and board-level stakeholders on cyber risk resilience and governance.
Manage mentor and grow cyber consulting teams across multiple workstreams and geographies.
Design and assess security architectures frameworks and operating models.
Conduct or oversee risk assessments maturity reviews gap analyses and control testing.
Support clients with security transformation programmes including Zero Trust cloud security identity and access and incident readiness.
Stay abreast of emerging threats regulatory change (e.g. NIS2 DORA GDPR ISO 27001:2022) and market trends.
Drive business development: proposal writing solutioning and client relationship management.
Contribute to thought leadership service innovation and internal capability building.
8 12 years in cyber security with at least 3 5 years in a consulting or advisory capacity.
Proven success leading large complex cyber engagements ideally across multiple sectors (e.g. Financial Services Technology Energy Public Sector).
Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and deliver business-aligned cyber outcomes.
Deep understanding of risk-based security principles frameworks and best practices including:
NIST CSF
ISO/IEC 27001
CIS Controls
COBIT / SABSA / TOGAF (desirable for architecture-led projects)
Experience managing cyber transformation governance or incident response programmes.
Comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams in matrix environments.
Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
Degree in Cybersecurity Information Systems Risk Management or related field.
Industry certifications such as:
CISSP
CISM
CRISC
CISA
ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
SANS GIAC (e.g. GSEC GCCC)
Agile Prince2 or PMP qualifications are advantageous for project management elements.
