Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Create and refine designs for manufacturing processes and products ensuring they meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams product managers and clients to align design specifications with production capabilities and user needs.
- Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes and conduct tests to validate designs making modifications based on feedback and performance evaluations.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough records of design processes revisions and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Experience: Relevant experience in manufacturing design or engineering with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks) and familiarity with simulation and testing tools.

Education
Education/Experience Required: A Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field is typically required. Five or more years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing facility Combination of education and experience, may substitute for degree.
