Key Responsibilities:
Draft negotiate and review sophisticated leasing agreements with a focus on retail and commercial leases.
Handle a high volume of transactions efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.
Provide exceptional client service with clear professional communication.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues while maintaining a high level of autonomy.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
5 8 years of real estate law experience specifically in retail leasing.
Experience at a national law firm is required.
Strong academic credentials and a very stable professional background.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Proactive self-directed and results-driven.
Licensure:
Must be licensed to practice law in your current jurisdiction or eligible for admission without examination.
