Job Title: French-Speaking Retention Agent
A well-established and rapidly growing Forex company in Herzliya is looking for an experienced and motivated French-speaking Retention Agent to join its high-performing team. Responsibilities:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing French-speaking clients
Promote continued trading activity and encourage client loyalty
Provide top-tier service and support to clients across all platforms

Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
Requirements:
Fluent in French with strong English communication skills
Experience in Forex retention or sales is required
Target-driven proactive and professional
Must be based in Israel or willing to relocate
