Sterilisation Assistant |Lumino Burton & Brown| Part-Time

We are looking for a Sterilisation Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis! 

Are you detail-oriented highly organised and passionate about upholding the highest standards of infection control in a clinical setting If so we want to hear from you!

In this vital role youll help ensure a safe clean and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

What Youll be doing:

• Cleaning sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
• Accurately monitoring and recording sterilisation processes
• Assisting with infection control procedures across the clinic
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assisting with stock management
• Supporting clinical staff with room setups and patient turnaround
• Assisting the dentist chairside (training provided)
• Jumping in at reception as needed and supporting our front-desk team (training provided)

This is a multi-trained position meaning youll gain hands-on experience across multiple areasfrom clinical support to patient-facing duties. A background in the medical field is a big plus!

Working Hours for this role : 

• Monday to Thursday: 10:00am 5:30pm (Friday work maybe available as needed)

• Flexibility is keysome earlier starts may be required.

• Previous experience in a medical field is preferred due to the nature of the work
• Excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
