The Carrier Onboarding Representative is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of onboarding new carriers. This role involves verifying carrier credentials ensuring compliance with company standards and facilitating the integration of carriers into our transportation network. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills attention to detail and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with carrier partners.
Shift Information Full-time. Occasional afterhours availability required during peak periods or for time-sensitive shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the entire onboarding cycle for new carrier partners ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
- Verify that carriers meet company and industry standards for insurance safety and legal requirements.
- Track and update carrier information and documentation in internal systems to ensure data integrity.
- Act as the primary contact for new carriers providing support and communication throughout the onboarding process.
- Work with operations compliance and customer service to ensure smooth integration and readiness of new carriers.

Qualifications :
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Spanish speaking required
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics transportation or a related field preferably with experience in carrier relations or onboarding.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
