Job Description
We are looking for a Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is professional attentive and client-focused capable of delivering outstanding support while managing multiple accounts and client inquiries. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their satisfaction and fostering strong business relationships.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field.
13 years of experience in client services account management or a related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
